Chanting

Since ancient times people all over the world have been using chanting and mantras to bring about a state of balance in their bodies and minds and align themselves to the sacredness of life. In my classes and workshops, I introduce you to the timeless practice of chanting for meditation and healing. Using guided meditations, exercises to open up and experience the healing and invocatory power of the voice, improvisation, and group chanting of traditional chants, we explore how chanting can help you connect to your body and emotions and to the world around you.
